Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Coaching and Online Coaching

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the legal relationship between the coaching provider (hereinafter "Provider") and the client (hereinafter "Client") within the framework of coaching or online coaching services. These GTC are binding for both parties.

1. Subject matter of the contract

1.1 The provider provides coaching services aimed at supporting the client in achieving his or her personal or professional goals.

1.2 Coaching can take place in person on site or online via video or telephone conferences.

2. Conclusion of contract

2.1 A coaching contract is concluded through a mutual written or oral agreement between the parties.

2.2 Both the provider and the client have the right to terminate the coaching contract before or after the first session without giving reasons.

3. Provider’s duty of care

3.1 The provider undertakes to conduct the coaching sessions professionally, confidentially and to the best of his knowledge and belief.

3.2 The Provider is not authorized to provide medical, legal, or financial advice or diagnosis. It is the Client's responsibility to discuss such matters with professionals.

4. Client’s duty of care

4.1 The Client undertakes to cooperate honestly, openly and trustingly with the Provider.

4.2 The client is responsible for his or her own decisions and actions taken as a result of the coaching process.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 The provider will treat all information discussed during the coaching process confidentially and will not disclose it to third parties unless the client has given his express written consent.

5.2 The client also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the content and discussions during the coaching process.

6. Fee

6.1 The amount of the fee for the coaching is agreed between the provider and the client.

6.2 The fee shall be paid within an agreed period after invoicing.

7. Liability

7.1 The provider assumes no liability for decisions or actions taken by the client during the coaching process.

7.2 The provider’s liability for damages incurred by the client during the coaching process is limited to gross negligence and intent.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 The provider’s privacy policy governs the handling of the client’s personal data and will be made available to the client upon request.

9. Severability Clause

9.1 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

10. Place of jurisdiction

10.1 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Provider.

10.2 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

By using the coaching services, the client accepts these general terms and conditions.
